Return Policy

Non-Defective Items: Computer Network Associates(CNA) offers a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy for up to 10 days from the date of purchase. This policy states that all customers are granted a time period of 10 days from date of purchase to determine if the product performs as advertised and to their satisfaction, provided the product has not been used in a production environment. In the event (within 10 days) the customer is dissatisfied with the product, the customer will be credited back the full amount paid minus shipping costs once the returned merchandise has been received by CNA.  It is the customer's responsibility to return the product to CNA in an undamaged re-sellable condition. In the event a customer orders the wrong product and wishes to return it, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee. CNA withholds the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of damaged/missing shipping materials or unusual product usage, as it deems necessary on ALL returns. All Distributors restocking fees will apply back to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to fully insure returned items. If customer fails to insure the return shipment, they accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Damaged, unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused.

 

Defective or Damaged Items:
In the event you receive a damaged or defective unit upon delivery, CNA will exchange the original product with a replacement unit from the manufacturer. Any replacement units will not be shipped out until the original merchandise is returned to CNA with the original box and packing material.

 

Return Materials Authorization (RMA):
Customers must have an RMA to return products purchased from CNA.  Call customer service at 757-254-8228 to receive a Return Materials Authorization number. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted and returned to the customer at their expense. RMAs are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. All items must be returned in original box and packing to protect from shipping damage.

 

Shipping Policy


Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the item(s) ordered,  the method of shipping, and the location of the delivery address. We use UPS as our carrier of choice but we reserve the right to select alternative carriers at any time.

Deliveries may be left by the carrier without a signature unless you specifically instruct CNA that a signature is required. CNA will when possible ship with signature required, however there is no guarantee the shipper will comply. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify CNA of any special delivery instructions before shipment is made.

 

Shipping cost on your order form are only estimates and may be changed by the carrier. If actual charges are lower, you will be billed for the lower cost. If the actual charge is higher, you will be notified via telephone or e-mail of the higher charge, prior to shipment if possible. CNA reserves the right to invoice for any additional sums billed by the carrier.

Weekday orders are generally shipped the same day it's placed on our site. Weekend orders will be shipped Monday. CNA will make every attempt to notify you promptly if items are backordered or out of stock. CNA will not deliver to Post Office boxes.

Warranty Policy

 

All products sold by CNA carry the original full manufacturer's warranty (typically one year) unless otherwise specified. Warranty does not include travel and labor, unless customer is under a CNA Maintenance agreement. 

Parts replaced by CNA on a service call or an upgrade do have warranty on parts and labor in 1st 30 days..
