• Only need to bring your System Unit (Tower) in most cases. We have keyboards, mice, monitors, etc.

• Estimates available, or we will call before proceeding beyond your "price point"

• We only charge for labor, not for bench time.

  • Example: Virus Scan - takes 1.5 hours, we only charge for 5-10 minutes.

  • Some jobs take 8 or more hours, but our labor is typically only for 1-2 hours

Carry-In computer repair (or call for pick-up) shop service is the most cost effective. The hourly rate is $60 with no minimum charge. For example, a 15 minute job costs $ 15.00 !
